ご注文の流れ

STEP.1

ご注文フォームからご予約

Please book your order from the reservation form.
Different payment options are available.

STEP.2

KAIFANスタッフからメールにてInvoice / 請求書をお送りさせて頂きます

KAIFAN staff will send you an invoice by email within 24 hours from the order.

STEP.3

お振込が確定後、ご予約を確定させて頂きます (お振込の方のみ）

After the payment is completed, the reservation will be confirmed (this is only for the money transfer payment option).

STEP.4

KAIFANのとっておきの料理がご希望された場所・日時に届きます

We will deliver the KAIFAN order at the selected date and location.

STEP.5

保存料を入れてないため、配達当日にお早めにお召し上がりください

KAIFAN does not use any food additives, so please enjoy it as soon as possible after delivery.

ご予約について

・原則ご予約は1種類10個以上、2日前までにお願い致します (要相談)

・祝日を含む休日はこちらの電話番号（03-3409-2606）にお願いいたします

・テイクアウト場所はふるけん 〒106-0031 東京都港区西麻布2-12-6までお願い致します。

・10PM-6AMの時間帯のデリバリー/ テイクアウトのご予約は別途お見積もりいたします

・As a general rule for the order, the minimum number to be able to make a reservation is at least 10 per type, no later than 2 days in advance of desired delivery date.

・For reservations on holidays, including weekends and national holidays, please call this phone number (03-3409-2606).

・Address to pick up is 6-12-2, Nishi-Azabu, Minatoku, Tokyo.

・Extra fee will be applied to orders delivered or picked up in the time frame between 10pm and 6am.

交通費について

・お届け先までの交通費を計算させて頂き、請求書にてご連絡させて頂きます。

例) 東京都渋谷区神宮前→2,000円 (税抜)

・Depending on the address of the delivery place, we will calculate and let you know by email the total amount.

e.g.) Jingumae, Shibuya, Tokyo →2,000yen (Excl. tax)

お支払いについて

お振込または現金のみの決済です

お振込の方

・ご予約の際にお送りさせて頂きますお振込先にお支払いをお願い致します

・請求書をお送りしました翌日にお支払いお願い致します

・お振込が確定されましたらご予約を確定させて頂きます

・手数料はお客様にご負担して頂いております

現金での決済の方

・現金での決済は、商品のお渡しの際にお願い致します

Regarding the payment of the order, there are 2 options: bank transfer or cash on delivery.

For money transfer payment option:

・Please make a money transfer to the bank account details that KAIFAN staff will send

via mail after the order is made.

・Please transfer the money 1 day after sending an invoice.

・The reservation will be confirmed after the money transfer is completed.

・The order must include the bank transfer fee.

For cash on delivery payment option:

・Please pay the total amount at the moment of the KAIFAN delivery.

商品お渡しについて

・店頭でのお渡し、もしくはバイク便にて配送を行っております

・送料はお客様にご負担いただいております

・We do takeout and delivery by bike.

・The delivery fee will be charged on the customer.

キャンセルについて

交通渋滞による遅延等によるもの、また、お客様の記載ミスによる、配達場所や時間の間違いの場合についても原則払い戻し、キャンセルは一切受け付けません。

We do not accept refunds and cancellation for delays due to traffic congestion, and for incorrect delivery locations or times due to customer description errors.
